Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return any items you do not wish to keep and then place a separate order for the new items.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to request a return and send the items back to us according to our instructions.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any received items that are dirty, stained, damaged, worn, washed, used, or missing original tags, seals, or with broken packaging will be donated or recycled appropriately, and no refund will be issued for those items.

Books, paper products, and other paper goods must be returned unused in original condition and packaging without folds or signs of wear. A return will not be accepted if the items have additional labels or stickers, drawings, erasures, or similar alterations. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

To start a return, please contact us via the contact form. Include the items in question and the reason for return for each item. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

All items are regularly inspected before delivery and upon return. However, we recommend that you always inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and propose a solution.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of digital items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs, packaging materials (such as the cost of printing return labels), customs duties, import taxes, or any other taxes and fees paid to receive the goods are non-refundable.

All products are subject to availability and may unexpectedly go out of stock in the webshop, as well as temporarily or permanently at the supplier or publisher. In such cases, we will update the status of your order and propose a new delivery date or a refund if you choose to cancel the order.
